A.Hi,
For the purpose of paying property taxes, a Khata is a revenue document that defines a property's assessment and records information about the property, such as its size, location, and built-up area. It also serves as a way of identifying the person who is primarily responsible for the payment of property taxes. If you require a building permission or a trade licence, this is one of the paperwork you'll need. A licence or a loan can be obtained from a bank or other financial institution. Any property buyer in Bangalore should be aware that the property must include a khata. An A khata denotes the purchase of legal property that will allow you to construct on it and get a trade or building licence. Here are some more information on the distinctions between A Khata and B Khata. It's perfectly legal.

A.Dear Sir,
In Bengaluru City more than 60% properties are situated in Gram Panchayat limits and thereafter taken by BBMP. You have to pay some penalty if it is B Katha property. If the price is affordable then you can purchase.
