Can a builder give possession without cc? What is the legal binding? For West Bengal Gram Panchayat. Builder is even not sharing the sanction ed master plan.what are the provisions for residents in case of illigal construction and selling of open spaces as parking. please guide.

A.You may file RTI to get the details of the project from the Development Authority including the Completion Certificate status. On the basis of RTI you may go to The Consumer Forum or the criminal case on the builder for cheating and fraud.
