Right of way for agri underground pipeline Telangana
2 years ago
We have about 2 acres of agricultural land. We are trying to lay a pipeline from a canal which is about 1 km away. I have to pass through my neighbors land but neighbor is not accepting to lay a line from in land. Is there any provision which gives right to lay a line? I heard about Right of way in other states.
A.Dear Sir,
It is called easementary right to use light, air and water through properties of others. If he is not allowing approach Revenue Authorities and then to the High Court and thus you will get necessary permissions.

A.Hi,
First, try to resolve the matter amicably and reach an agreement, if it fails then try approaching the local municipal body and collector's office for declaring easementary rights. If all doesn't work, file a suit for declaring easementary rights in the court.

A.Hi,
Firstly, it is advised that you should talk to your neighbor and come to an mutual agreement if you do not have land rights over the neighbor's land. If no solution is reached, you can send in legal notice, asking the neighbor for the easementary rights. If it doesn't work, then you will have to file for easementary rights in the court.

A.Aap dusre ki bhumi se uski anumati ke bina pipe line nhi nikal sakte hai. Agar aap ko uske land se pipe line nikalni hai to uski anumati leni hogi. Right of way and pipe line me different hai.
Aapko aisa karne ka koi adhikar nhi hai ki bina anumati dusre ki land se pipe line nikale. Aap pipe line ko aise sthan se nikale ki jahan par kisi ki private land use na hoti ho.
