A.Hi,
First of all,you have to send an application for the same to the Collector. You have to include all the supporting documents and fee receipt(if there is any) in that application. ID proof of Khata certificate,Mutation letter,Original sale deed or gift partition deed etc.. After the verification and further proceedings, your application will be accepted.

A.The primary step is getting the approval from the competent revenue authority i.e. Collector/ SDO/ Tehsildar. An application has to be sent to the competent authority mentioning the details and affixing the supporting documents. A requisite fee depending upon the area, nature and location of the property needs to be paid. Each state has its own legislations which deal with land conversion.

Vahan se aap ko renewed karane ka procedure sahi parkar se pata chalega.
Ki kya aap ka license renewed ho sakta hai. Aap ko vaise apply krana hoga.
