Query against child abuse Query against child abuse

I am a college graduate having completed my master's now and happen to be in a relationship with a girl who is a minor. Her parents have refused to accept our relationship even though we are in no intention to do anything unjustified such as to elope or marriage or anything until she's legal age. However, I recently came to know that she is a victim of child abuse. Her biological mother is dead for quite sometime now and her father along with her step-mother are responsible for tremendous physical abuse upon her. These abusive behaviour includes but not limited to beating with random household objects such as belts, wooden sticks, utensils etc., verbal abuse, mental torture and depriving her of food on occasions. Also they force her to be part of several things she doesn't approves of. Now, at this point in time, she is afraid of any legal case and the torture and abuse is constantly on the rise upon her. Her father's primary statement is that he wants me to quit all forms of contact with her and her to follow even his illogical and abusive demands. Also they traumatize her severely as she happens to be the sole proprietor of her late biological mother's property with the intension for her to hand over everything to them.

A.Dear Sir,
She may lodge Domestic Violence case and also civil suit restraining her parents and others from interfering with her person and property. She may marry you immediately if both of you crossed the prescribed age limit.

PLEASE GIVE ME RATING AS RANK 5

A.If she is a minor then you certainly cannot think of marrying her right at this juncture can remain with her being a protective cover as a friend and law does not bar that. To save her from abuses you/she can file a complain to the police and also to the Protection Officer against the Domestic Violence and get rid of the daily abuses.
Once she becomes major you can marry her and take her out of that problem for ever.
