My father died in 08/2005 leaving behind mother,3 sons and a daughter. We made family arrangement deed for all the properties we are holding at that time. We shared equally with all of them signed the deed and got notary done dated 25/09/2009. We sold away 75% properties to third parties accordingly. Now one house and half acre land is there that to house got partitioned on 3 brothers and mother and 2 brothers already sold. half acre land was on mothers name which was bought in the year 2006 by 3 brothers got registered on mother's name then after we partitioned between three brothers through gift deed from mother. Now in 02/2018 my sister given notice asking 1/4 share on the above mentioned properties. Please give me the legal advice how to go about. Shall I give the reply. how ?

A.dear client You may just prolong the matter saying that she has no right to claim her share and suit is not maintainable etc.kindly engage lawyer for documents overviewed.

A.Dear Sir,
Such suits are common in recent times due to conflicting judgments being passed by Courts. You may just prolong the matter saying that she has no right to claim her share and suit is not maintainable etc.
