My mother created will the will is registerd and mentioned my and my sister name.
She dint mention my brother name.
Me and my brother are staying toget her in same property from past 30 years.
But the property belongs to my father after his death it got transfer to my mother by court
Now my brother is not agreeing.
Do he hav rights
He plaing to case

A.As per the will yiur brother had remained no right to share the property mentioned in will.

A.Will is last document and great wish of transfer property right to someone. It never challenged. Now your brother doesn't have right to share in property.for any further legal assistance consult with lawyer.

A.Since the will is last wish of your mother. Your brother cannot claim in anything in that property,

A.If property belongs to your father then it should be equally divided among all the heirs. You can not transfer it in your mother name alone . He has equal right in the property.
