A.Dear Sir,
You may challenge such MRO order before the concerned RDO and get it set aside. In the meanwhile you may file partition suit to get your share provided it is not your father’s self acquired property.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
A son can claim his share in the ancestral property even during the lifetime of his father. In any case, the applicant seeking his share in the property must prove his succession. But the conditions are not same for the self-acquired property.

A.Dear Sir/ Madam,
No son (or daughter) has legal right over the self-acquired property of his father or mother. The son could however claim a share if he can prove his contribution in the acquisition of property. Moreover, if the father plans to or has bequeathed his properties to some other individual by way of gift deed or will, the son will have no right or chance to receive any share. However, a son can claim his share in the ancestral property even during the lifetime of his father. In any case, the applicant seeking his share in the property must prove his succession.

A.Your father does not require any permission or any NOC from any of his children nor he has any obligation to inform his children before making sale or disposing his property or alienating his property which he had received in inheritance from her mother. After partition the property became his self acquired property. Grand children does not have any right of any kind in the property of their grandmother and also does not have any right in the property of their parents during their life time. So you children have no right to claim any share.

A.Your father had inherited that property from his mother so it is not his ancestral property but self acquired property.

Your father is legally entitled to transfer his self acquired property in registered manner to any person/ people of his choice and no Consent of his legal heirs and heiresses are essential for that.

Therefore, you as his Legal heiress can neither prevent him nor entitled to claim any share legally.
