idea cellular wrong international usage bill & pre-litigation notice

During 2019 May family member traveled to USA, on her local idea SIM international roaming was never activated nor any such request was ever made to them.
July bill of 53K INR was sent, for some fictitious 60MB usage while traveling was shown (No details were ever shared). Since there was no question of using it overseas as no International Roaming was ever activated as well monthly credit was well below 1000 INR per month.
Despite many requests customer care kept calling relentlessly; they kept making calls to people from her call history telling them Fake stories of some criminal case (we have screenshots from people telling this with timestamps) where she had to seek medical help due to anxiety and severity.
Sometime in nov 2019, there was a pre-litigation notice where we appeared before lok-adalat and explained our side of case and told them since no service was requested and ever used we cannot pay such false charges.
There is another pre-litigation notice for aug 2021.
what is best and permanent solution to this harassment?
You may get issue a strong legal notice and file consumer case. You may not get any remedy before Lok Adalath under pre-litigation process. You may approach Consumer Court and claim compensation for mental torture also.

You should go for the legal procedure with the help of a legal representative or you can either consider your options with pre-litigation notice for aug 2021.

You either wait for the next date of pre-litigation or approach a legal representative for the effective legal procedure since more delay could only worsen the matter.
