A.Hi,
If your father died intestate, you and your mother have right on his property. Your mother having right on his property, can transfer her share to you as a gift by executing a gift deed.

A.Hi,
If he had made any will, the property will be transferred according to that or if he died intestate, your mother and you have right in your father's property. You can get the property transferred to your name when you attained the age of majority if your mother transfers her share to you as a gift.

A.Dear Sir,

The land which is in the name of your father will automatically devolved on your mother's name. As you are minor, at this stage, the property cannot be transferred in your name. Once you attain the majority, through registered gift deed, your mother can transfer the rights on your name.

A.After your father's death without having any Will,if his mother was predeceased, his property has been devolved upon your mother and you( if you don't have any other sibling). After attaining the age of 18 years, you can apply for Legal Heir Certificate along with your mother so that both of your names can be mutated in the Record of Rights in the place and stead of your deceased father.
