I was looking for the suggestion on partition suit against my father. My mom and me not residing with my father since few years. As per the suggestion here from few lawyers I went to find a local lawyer and the lawyer said that we don't have any claim on the ancestral property except the house and your father has full claim on this property and he can sell the property to anyone ( my father sold 1/3 land without our knowledge). Please advise me and provide best suggestions on this matter. I as my understanding i should have rightful claim including my mom. Thanks
