My grandfather wrote in his will that my father is only owner of his property after his death. Now my uncle want that property to divide and file a case in the court. I want to know that my uncle has any legal right on property or not.

Sir the property is not ancestral. It is self incomed property of my grandfather. He wrote in his will that my father is only owner of his property after his death. The will is registered in the registrar office with signature and seal. I want to know that my uncle has any legal right on property or not.

A.If the property is self owned then your uncle can not claim it. Contest the case in court and show will during evidence.

A.Your question is not clear as to whether will was registered or not.whether probate case has been filed or not.otherwise a will has to be proved by the person in whose favor the will is .unless the court finds the will to be not genuine or not properly executed, the person challenging the will not get anything.
