I want to file up a case against Sahara at the office of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum

A.Firstly get issued a proper legal notice demanding the maturity amount of deposit and if notice is not complied then it would be deficiency in service making you eligible to file consumer complaint and also to claim damages.

You could file a case against the Sahara in the district consumer Dispute redressal forum. Contact a lawyer first send a legal notice to the company then file a suit. You could find lawyers in your city through vidhikarya.

You could surely file a complaint against the company in consumer Dispute redressal forum. You could initiate with sending a legal notice to the company to comply with you other wide you would initiate a suit against them.
