A.Hi,
Your father can transfer his property to anyone he likes. If it is ancestral property, he is not allowed to do so but it it is his self acquired property, that is his discretion and you can't stop him.

A.Hi,
Your father has right to transfer his self acquired property to whoever he wants. You can't stop him by anyways. That is one's personal decision to whom his property to be transferred.
