Property partition case. Issues after HC judgment Property partition case. Issues after HC judgment

Case started in 1968 The HC decision has been made in 2013 to divide the property into equal share between 9 people through inheritance. But there's an appeal for just one small portion of the property which belongs to just one of them. 8 are ready to sell but 1 isn't. Now that 1 person is suing others saying 50% of the property belongs to him and has just been wasting time and not ready to sell.. He hasn't even paid tax for the portion of his property. Everything is just a delay tactic when the judgement has already been made.
I'm looking for someone who will give me an ultimatum and not waste more of time. We will pay in property percentage as it motivates the lawyer and help us get done with this hassle going on forever. Property is worth 1.5CR.

A.Hi,
If time is of the essence, you might ask the court to allow you to settle the issue through alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration. If you believe your lawyer is not adequately representing you or is creating undue delay, you have the option of changing lawyers.
Thank you very much.

A.Hi,
If time is of the essence in the present instance you can ask the court to grant you the opportunity to settle the dispute through ADR particularly arbitration. If you think the lawyer is not properly representing you or is causing unnecessary delay you can take the recourse of changing the lawyer.
Thank you.

A.Hi
If there is no interim order against you in the pending appeal which may prohibit you from selling the property, you may sell the shares given to you.

Please give thumps up/ like if the answer was helpful to you.
