Sir my wife has ancestral property so my wife's father giving partiallity to her son some property has registered to my wife's brother not giving any property to my wife
Then we have right to cancel the property registration by legally
We have right to fight and cancel the registration property
Please give suggestion

A.dear client there is better and clear share right given to your wife and she can claim her share in fathers ancestral property like equal to share of her brothers

A.If you are correct in saying that what father of your wife has is ancestral property then she has a right for fair share in it.
