Inheritance of Alive Grandfather property ?
Sir/Madam,
My grandfather inherited 2 acres from his father.
He has grown that property into 30 acres and distributed equally among his three brothers.
After partition, he made his 10 acres into 24 acres but while making registration he made registration on my uncle's names (i.e my fathers younger brothers).
While partitioning of property between my father and his brothers, my father has been given only 2 acres and he has given no share in the ancestral house.
So that we want to have the equal share in that, what is the procedure to do that in a legal way by me and my younger brother?
Awaiting for your reply ...
