I purchased a land in the name of three brother at that time the third was minor. Now we want to divide the same. from which side I(eldest) will get the land.ex from north or southside / east or west side

A.dear client there is no option without discussion with your brother. try to consult with lawyer and even try to get mutual consent from your brother for better and proper share. it depends on your brothers decision.

A.As per law you r equally share holder its depens on you which side u want with the consent of your brothers
