Property - ancestor property sold by grandfather. Property - ancestor property sold by grandfather.

Tmt Nagabushanammal attained a property by will document written by her relation. After her demise, her first son Thiru Uvaraj himself registered the above property, after giving some amount to all her legal heirs as a settler.
Subsequently, Thiru Uvaraj sold the property to his own grandson (Daughter's son) who is living in Canada namely Thiru Ravikumar.
Ravikumar has a younger brother who has nothing given by Uvaraj. Whether Uvaraj has got right to sell the ancestor property to Ravikumar, his grandson without giving anything to the other grandson.

Please give your opinion. Thanking you.
