Case for divided ancestral property Case for divided ancestral property

My mother suited a case to divide my ancestral property. I don't want that as she wants to sell her sharing after that. But the property is combined, so staying there with strangers will not be possible for me. What can I do at this time?

A.Hi, please note that all coparceners, including daughters, can seek partition and sale of the ancestral property. So your mother can sell her share of the ancestral property if she wants and she doesn't have to take anyone's permission for the same. If she has ownership of her share, she can sell it.
