Motorcycle parking violation by other occupant

Dear All
I live in a 4 storey building and as per my registry paper, I have a 1 scooter parking right. other occupants of the building also has the same right, but one occupant parks two scooters leading to space crunch. My elbows and knees are bruised while taking out OR parking back my scooter. Is the occupant is allowed to park 2 scooter even the property paper mention only 1 scooter parking for each flat...also let me know the remedies available if any.

Everyone has to follow the rules and no one can break them. If you have such a complaint, you can raise this issue to the person concerned in your society. He shall act in compliance with the rules of society.

A.You need to have proper society rules as per the memorandum of association of your society. Once you have made the rules then you can ask the person to follow the rules or else get penalized for breaking the rules
