My grandfather sell some of our farming land in 2010 to a person and they decided to do an agreement where the person give then money in four quarter and every quarter has its end date the person pay three quarter on time but last one fail to pay .now my family want to sell the property so do we have repay his money.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, if buyer is not co-operating with your grandfather and not paying the balance amounts then your grandfather can sell the flats and recover his dues. Let the builder approach the Civil Court if he aggrieved.

A.Hi,
If the sale is complete then you can't sell it to someone else. The transferee is the real owner of the property and in case if he does not pay the residue amount, you can file a civil suit by consulting a lawyer.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize that Sale Agreement regarding the terms,conditions and default clauses. Please take note that until and unless legal perspective of the default clause is scrutinized, proper legal opinion cannot be given. Please further take note that without revoking the earlier Sale Agreement, you cannot execute fresh Sale Agreement/ Deed with another buyer.
