Can builder cancel your allotment after paid 90% amount of the plot? I have booked a plot after paid 90% amount builder send me offer of possession without cc. I did not accepting can builder cancel my plot?
A.Dear Client,
You have the right to sue the builder for specific performance as well as compensation for mental anguish. You are not allowed to take control of the plot until the builder has given you CC. You can commence your litigation by first receiving the legal notice.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file suit for specific performance against the builder and also claim compensation for mentally torturing you. You are not suppose to enter possession of the plot without getting CC by the builder. You may first get the issue the legal notice and thus start your litigation.

A.It is necessary to scrutinize the Sale Agreement executed in this regard for its scope,meaning and effect . Because those terms are binding upon the seller and you so without analyzing the legal perspective of those terms, legal opinion cannot be given.
