Is wife get money from husband after divorce at any cost?? If girl is having mental problem and husband got divorce from court at this mental health ground
A.Dear Sir,
Once divorce is granted without any alimony the wife cannot claim any amount for her maintenance or towards her medical expenses. If any such application is filed before any Court you may directly approach High Court and get it quashed.

For getting any alimony after divorce, the courts look at the educational qualifications, work background and earning capacity of both the wife and the husband. If the girl is not mentally well and therefore, is not in a position to earn then, she can claim money from the husband to support herself.
