I have a shop & house in Chennai do I need Patta, Chitta .and if required where to apply and get it.

Step 2: Select the ‘View Patta & FMB / Chitta / TSLR Extract’ under the head ‘View Patta Copy/A-Register Extract’.

A.Dear Sir,
Please consult local lawyer and moreso you require separate patta for shop and house though there are abutting to each other to avoid tax problems and transfer problems in future.
