Justice on basis of my complaint but without complainant's presence  ? Justice on basis of my complaint but without complainant's presence ?

I have filed petition to Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division.
Due to Corona pandemic I could not attend the dates of hearing. Neither I received the notices from the Registrar's office.
Now. my question is : may I request to judge to give justice on basis of my complaint but without my presence ?
And under which law ?

Yes, mostly before Quasi Judicial authorities your presence is not required.

A.Dear Client,
It is necessary to appear for hearing on the date prescribed by the court in order to put your defence properly but if you didn't received any notice or update from registrar office regarding online proceeding you can put forward this point in front of the Judge. Non- receipt of information required to attain proceeding from registrar office is a valid ground for seeking time for delayed appearance in court. But asking for deciding case on the basis of facts made in the complainant will decrease the chances of getting decision in your favour.
