If parents gift their self acquired property to son.. In bihar.. Is stamp dutynecessary necessary?? If yes.. Then how much stamp duty in such cases
A.Dear Sir,
It is Rs.5,000/- fixed stamp duty in Karnataka but it varies from State to State.
