Out of 3 prays, one of my pray of delay possession was accepted by the Hon'ble Court. He granted delay possession interest. Against this Builder filed appeal before MAHAREAT and I filed review application in respect of my rest of the prays before MAHARERA. There is no stay in my review application. what would be affect of appeal before MAHAREAT. Can MAHAREAT dispose off appeal after hearing both parties. or MAHAREAT will stay the matter till disposal of review application filed by me.

A.Dear Sir,
Review Application can be disposed shortly but appeal filed by builder may take long time.

A.Dear Client,
Yes, the civil court order can be challenged before MAHAREAT and MAHAREAT can also change the order as per their understanding. As the court order is challenged it cannot be considered as final and can be followed.
