Can i get refund for builder for Non disclosing the information during booking

I was not aware that there are Mahada flats allocated in the same building for lower econominc and economic wealer section in the building .This information was supressed by builder and only came to light when i demanded draft agreement
A.Dear Sir,
You may claim refund on such ground but he refuse then it is very difficult for you to continue litigation before RERA etc.
