Clarity over maintenance amount

I have filed divorce petition on my wife under cruelty. We both are salaried. She is living at her parental house for last 4 months and we have restricted entry in the matrimonial house by keeping it locked. (Matrimonial house owned by mother)
I am paying home loan and car loan emi.
Me and my mother are living on rent.
Whether maintenance will be awarded to her and if yes whether car and home loan emi will be considered while calculating maintenance.
