Wife not staying since 05 years and also blaming for extra marital affairs

I am Pune based lost my first wife and married to software based issueless Divorcee lady in 2016. She was having her own flat at Pune. in 2018 , I have purchased my own flat . I supported her to continue her job but as per the promise she never came to stay with me nor looking after my children's and mother. In fact her own mother and brother came to stay with her. Although she never stayed with me , but now I got threat from herself and brother that I m indulged in extra marital affairs & they are going to sue me for the same. I am ready to separate her but they are not giving any decision. she never stayed with me even for more than 02 days in entire married span , and now putting such a baseless charges . Please guide what to do?
it seems that your second marriage was just a formality as she has decided not to stay with you and your children. I would suggest that you speak to her and settle for MCD rather than filing a contested divorce case and dissolve this marriage for everybody' peace.
