Sir, we are two brothers and 1 sister , My sister got love marriage to against our family because of that my parents are died by suicide . And now she is asking our property share , we don't like to give that .. plz give suggestion sir .. what we can do.

A.It does not matter whether the property is a self-acquired or ancestral property. if there is no will, after the demise of your parents, she is legally entitled to get equal share in the property of her parents. File a partition suit and let the court give her, her share of the property. Drag the court's proceeding and let her get exhausted. Justice delayed is justice denied.

She is not entitled to get the share over her in-laws property, unless your brother had given her a divorce or he had demised.

A.Is there any will has been making of by your father or mother? If that property is ancestral then your sister is legal heir of that property.she can file partition suit and ask for her share in property.kindly clarify property description.contact to our vidhikarya lawyers for legal assistance.
