Cost of splitting land by co-owners in Bangalore Cost of splitting land by co-owners in Bangalore

My and my sister are planning to joint register a 60*40 plot in Bangalore for now. So, I wanted to know in future if we want to split the ownership as 2 30*40 plot with mutual agreement, what would be the total cost involved in it?

Approx cost of the total land we plan to buy now is 1.5 Cr.

Some places I see it's 1000 rs stamp + 500 rs registration for split deed, but in some places I see 1% as stamp charges.Could someone please clarify exact expenses involved for my case in Bangalore?

I.e what would be the final cost for stamp duty + registration + khata for each of us. Thanks in advance.
