Builder has given us possession in June'21 for till 5th floor based on partial completion. He is building next 2 floors & he was supposed to complete work by Jan'22. Builder has not completed his work (amenities as well) mentioned in the agreement & has scheduled First AGM now.
Is it legal & on what grounds we can boycott this till all the pending work is complete.

A.Dear Client,
It is legal and you can terminate their contracts by securing a copy of your building contract and review it. Write down the obvious provisions and procedures for giving notice of termination. Such provisions includes putting the termination notice in writing, giving a specific number of days notice and delivering the termination to a specific person.
Thank you
