Hi, I am planning to buy a panchayat approved 9/11 A khata. Someone said that it is a revenue site. Below are the details of property:
9/11 "A-Khata" As said by builder
District - Bangalore Urban
Talkuk - Anekal
Hobli - Jigani
Village - Hulimangala
Survey number - 222
Hissa number - 4
Name of the owner - ಕೆ ಮುನಿನಾರಾಯಣರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬಿನ್ ಲೇ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾರೆಡ್ಡಿ
Khata number - 36
Pin code - 560105
Just need to ask 2 things:
1. Is this a green / yellow belt. As I got to know from someone that it is a revenue site
2. Will this soon come under BBMP limits
