Sale Deed
Building Plan
Completion and Occupancy Certificate
Allotment Letter
Encumbrance Certificate
Tax Paid Receipts
No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
Possession Certificate
Aadhar and Pan Card of both the parties

1. Sale/Conveyance Deed

2. Allotment Letter

3. Occupancy certificate/letter

4. Mutation Certificate

5. Latest Property tax receipts

6. Electricity bill

7. Floor plan

8. Pan cards of all sellers and buyers

9. Aadhar card of all sellers and buyers
