Transfer of lease land to legal heirs Transfer of lease land to legal heirs

My father got expired untimely in nov 2017. He owned a house and a land on lease in a cooperative housing society in Haryana.
The society mebers transferred house to my mother as a nominee, but despite of many written requests they doesn't transferred a land which was on lease of 40 years to my father.
Pls guide if this lease land of my father can be transferred to his legal heirs or my mother. And if yes then terms and conditions will remain unchanged or we may proceed for change

As per the facts which have been provided, you can check the terms and conditions of the legal deed and if there is any clause related to the rights of legal heirs after the death of the owner.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.

To properly advice on this you need to share the copy of the lease deed and know the terms and conditions of the original lease deed. If there was no bar then then it should be transferred to you or the legal heirs.
