Divorce rule on marriage by cheating

One of my friends is married recently and she found out that her husband is a fraud and use to Cheat on 5 more girls. He use to find the girls via the matrimonial websites and use the girls for his desire and take money from them. Now when she got to know all the things he started to physically abuse her and locked her in the room and broke her phone so that she couldn't connect to anyone. What she should do to get out of this marriage it only been 2 months now
Please ask her to file a fraud case against her husband along with harassment, violence and abuse. It is better of she could collect proofs of her husband doing such illegal activities to help her in defense.

She can file criminal case against him and get or marriage declared as null and void.
If the marriage has been done after cheating and fraud then your friend can seek annulment of marriage under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act and site the reason for annulment as fraud. The court will pass an order accordingly and nullify the marriage.

Will, she get the compensation like the amount her parents invested in marriage and gift also her living expenses, etc

Yes, if she asks for it in front of the court and moves an application for streedhan as well as alimony
