Succession act -My deceased father was a agnate brother
2 years ago
My deceased father was a agnate brother of other 3 brothers of same mother . Eventually only one of my uncles is married without any issue . Recently one brother among three expired. Whether being a daughter of agnate brother of him is entitled to share of my deceased uncle's property ?
As per the facts which have been provided, according to section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act the relatives who are entitled to the share of deceased property are Son; daughter; widow; mother; son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; widow of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; widow of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son.
Hope this clarifies your query.
Thank You!
