A.Dear Client
Co-owners can sell their part without the consent of other co-owners. However, it solely depends upon what kind of property it is. Undivided or divided. In Undivided property, consent is required and in the other, the consent is not required.
Thanks

A.First of all, is the said property an undivided property? If so then the other shareholders need your consent to sell the property to any other person. If the property is already divided then the shareholders can sell their share of property to any person of their choice only. Now you need to clarify that whether the said property is undivided or not, then consult with a civil advocate for taking necessary legal steps against the said shareholders of the property.
