नमस्कार सर . में mathura उत्तर प्रदेश की रहने वाली हूँ | मेरी शादी को हुए 25 साल हो चुके हैं | मेरा गाँव mathura जिले के छाता तहसील में आता है | वहा पर हमारे बाबा की काफी कृषि है | मेरे पीती और बाबा का देहांत हो चुका है | मेरा आपसे प्रश्न यह है कि क्या मेरा उस कृषि पर अधिकार है ? (क्या उस पर सिर्फ मेरें भाई का ही है ?
( भी तक की मेरी जानकारी के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश में पुत्री का अधिकार कृषिभूमि पर नहीं होता है ? ) कृपया मेरे इस प्रश्न का समाधान करें |

A.Dear Client
The partition deed is required to be registered at the office of the sub-registrar of the place where the property is situated as in case of any other registration. The stamp duty payable in such a case is Rs 1,000 for each share of the property. Further, the registration fee will be Rs 500.
