Sold our house and now dad's sister has sent objection.
We sold our house 1 and half month back with all legal documents. The house belongs to my dad and my dad's brother. Dad's sister had share in different property and nothing to do with the house according to property divide registration.
Now dad's sister has raised objection to sub registrar office to not go forward with khatha transfer of the buyer since she has not signed on the sale deed.
Now what's the role of her sign when she has no role in the house itself ?
Now the buyer is angry about it and he wants us to get it solved or else he will raise a legal notice.
Should we be worries about this? How should we go ahead with it ?
A.Dear Sir,
You should not worry and ask your buyer to file a case against you and your sister and tell him that you will support him to get Khata in his name. Your sister application and objection will be thrown to dustbin.

A.Dear Client,
As per the facts which have been provided, if it was an inherited property and no Will was made for that then your father's sister may have a share in that property but if it was a self acquired property then your father's sister will have no share in the property.
Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.
Thank you.
