Property partition and registeration Property partition and registeration

We have a house in my fathers name . My Mother is also no more. Me and my sister are only the legal heirs. Now we want to demolish that house and build a new house with 2 floors , one for each.

We have got patta transferred in both our names and plan approval with both our names and started the construction.

We need guidance on how to register 1 floor on each one's name with half of UDS and we need to approach bank for loan for each person individually.

A.Dear Sir,

You may approach any local property lawyer and get your plan materialized. In the meanwhile approach civil contractor and get quotation that is cost of the entire construction which is to be constructed.

A.Dear Client

As per the facts which have been provided, you can execute partition deed of the developed property and register it to have proper effect. Partition deed will be like settlement within the family.

Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

Thank you.
