A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, as you’ve filed the case then summon will not be sent to you. As the complainant you’ve to appear in front of the court during every hearing.

A.Dear Sir,
Until you receive summons/notice you need not appear but in some cases police may misguide the court and get issue NBW against you. So you may voluntarily appear before Court and get bail by the help of local Advocate.

A.If this case has been filed by you, then no summon will be sent to you because that summon has to be sent to the accused by your Lawyer through Court so if you are the complainant, then your presence is must in each and every date of that matter.
