we had taken loan for building our house and when we were unable to pay the complete loan we took help of one of persons who was wealthy but he betrayed us . He didn't give us the amount that we asked he took our house in less amount by betraying us and now we want our house back so what we can do?

A.hallo sir, i don't think so your house will be back in your possession because if your house has been transfer under the process of law then all option to raise objection are stipulated. either you have to re purchase your house from that man or better way to contact with expert property lawyer in your area.

A.Facts not clear. Legal positions cannot be answered without complete facts, as the answer will differ from one facts to other facts. We need to review the agreement papers which you entered at the time of taking the loan and what conditions. What was the market valuation of the property at the time you entered into the agreement and what was the consideration amount. If there are some flaws and not fulfilling the ingredient of the contract, it can certainly be challenged and be revoked by Court. If that happens you will be asked to refund his money or get the money according to then market valuation of the property.
