What happens to a will if one of the beneficiary dies? What happens to a will if one of the beneficiary dies?

I am from hindu family and as per my grandmother's will, my father and his brother have equal rights on the property and house and no specific partition mentioned in the will. So what happens if one of the beneficiaries dies? Weather one of them will get all properties or the died beneficiary's spouse or children will get his rights on the property.

A.Dear Sir,

If one of the beneficiary dies his legal heirs are entitled the share of the deceased. Get issue a legal notice or enter into possession of the property.

A.Dear Client
If one of the beneficiaries dies then he will be replaced by his legal heirs but this also depends on the terms and conditions manifested within the will. Only looking at the will copy one can provide a proper direction to it.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to scrutinize the terms and conditions specified in that Will to analyse the legal implications of death of one of the beneficiaries.
