My Wife Suspecting me that i have a girlfriend and doing character assasination

Hi ,
I am married 2 months ago and there are quarrels repeatdly and she suspects me in everything which i do and when there is a war of words between us she calls her mother and convey all the things about me and will reveal all the secrets like that i drink and eat non vegeterian infront of every one and also says that i have a girlfriend and says that i chat in bathroom which is not true at all , She is also putting some allegations that i see her phone and that i read her's and her mothers chat (I dont know her phone's password also , she know's my password )
yesterday also we had a fight and her mother has used vulgar language on phone in front me on my father (My father has also done a mistake by saying that she needs some beating , i am not in that situation but when my wife said the same to me i went to my father and said her to say sorry which he did )
And know she has started putting allegations on my father that he is touching her (she did not said to my father or me that she is feeling uncomfortable) , My father is 73 years old and she is putting allegations on him

In front of all my cousins she is insulting me that he is not romancing or having sex with me ,
I have drunk and ate non veg infront of her only after she has accepted but she is using this as some thing to project me in a wrong way which i am not able to bear
I am having mental torture from the time of marriage , Now I want to completely give up on the relation ship as i tried to convey her many times , Can any one please help me , Thanks
