My relative grand father chandu lal shah died they had property in gujarat villege ( gram panchayat ) it's NA property

They had total 4 children's
1 boy ( rajat )
1 boy ( suresh )
1 girl ( kavita )
1 girl ( sudha )
1 boy rajat is alive ( he wants to be owner of land )
1 boy suresh died ( but his vidhva wife and his son & daughter are in pedhi nama )
1 girl kavita moved to usa she given power of otterney to rajat
1 girl sudha and his husband died in maharashtra puna ( covid deaths ) they are in pedhi nama because of chandu lal s daughter ( sudha aunty has 2 children's one daughter one son both moved to Australia in 2012
Mr Rajat or there family member mentioned in pedhi nama they don't have any property dispute ever so how legally mr rahat be property owner

A.Dear Sir,
Section 8 of Hindu Succession Act:
====================================================================
General rules of succession in the case of males.―The property of a male Hindu dying intestate
shall devolve according to the provisions of this Chapter:―
(a) firstly, upon the heirs, being the relatives specified in class I of the Schedule;

CLASS I

Son; daughter; widow; mother; son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased daughter; daughter of a pre-deceased daughter; widow of a pre-deceased son; son of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; daughter of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son; widow of a pre-deceased son of a pre-deceased son.

A.Dear Client,

For Mr. Rajat to be the owner of the property he must compensate the amount of the share in others name to them and get the property by a gift deed to his name.

It's not about compensate no family members intrested in compensation.
Sudha aunty and her husband died in india ( no power of attorney given to rajat uncle ) but there childrens are in Australia.....This is stuck situations ( according to his loyer )
