Cheating releated to property dispute

A parition of land between me and my brother has been done. Some part of the land leave so that we both can use that land when we in some occassion such as marriage or any other activity. But now my brother son occupy that part of land. Now he claim that that this land belong to him. As at the time of partition of land everything was mention on the 10rs stamp paper and There is also a sign of gram pradhan and everything was done at the panchayat.please give me suggestion what should I do now.

Partition done among the family members in presence of witnesses and documenting it is a valid partition. If that portion of the land was not partitioned then it will still be considered as joint property and you can claim your right in that.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether there is any Registered Partition Deed or not. It is also necessary to scrutinize the concerned terms and conditions for its scope, meaning and effect.
