Since my father has asked me to leave my parental house . So as per IPC I will leave the house . But at same time I would like to make this in writing that henceforth I will not take any responsibility of my parents going forward neither I want their properties. What I need to do in this case please advice so that later on my father do not take any legal steps against me.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know why your father has asked you to leave his house. Which provision of IPC has been attracted in this context because Indian Penal Code,1860,as amended up to date is applicable in criminal matter so it is necessary to know what sort of crime is associated in this context.

A.Dear Client,

First of all, the question is that what is your age which will determine whether you are a minor or you will be the major at the time when you will disown your parents.
If you are a major then you can publish in newspaper stating that you are living away from your parents and you do not have any relation with them.
